Ruby got a toy from a certain fast food restaurant in her very pleasant meal. It's a plastic hippo from the movie, "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa." When you hit it on a surface, it talks. Well, this little hippo has been riding in our car, and everytime we got over a bump, we would hear, "Rawr...I know I'm..." and it sounded like "eliobostream."
I could not for the life of me figure out what "I know I'm eliobostream" could mean. At. All. It's been driving me nuts.
Well, we had lunch with KyKy and Kim today, and Ruby showed her hippo to Aunt Kim. I asked Aunt Kim if she could deciper the words. Immediately, she said, "I know I'm every hippo's dream."
Niiiiice... She's *obviously* ready to become a mommy. *wink wink* :) So now I finally know what this toy says. It makes a sexy roar/purr sound and then says, "I know I'm every hippo's dream." :) I suppose that, in my current physical condition, it's about all I can claim, as well...the being a hippo's dream part, that is.

I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom (pregnancy at its best) and I walked past it and it started talking. I almost had a heart attack right now.
Anyway, I never knew what it said either, good to know!

Hmmm, Kim's ready to be a mommy, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? I'm assuming that is just Lindsay's wishes, but I do like the sound of that. Ask Kim about babysitting newborn Abigail. She got a real taste of fresh mommy-hood then. As I'm sure she does with you guys. :)

Apparently that toy is from the Madagascar 2 movie, my girlfriend who saw the movie knew what the dang thing said. I had deciphered "rawr, I'm a veritable stream".

Yeah, I knew the character was from the movie, but I hadn't seen the movie, so I was still at a total loss! :) I thought veritable stream, too, but I couldn't figure out what a veritable stream would be!!! :)
