All Is Well

Hey everyone!

Things are fine.  :)  I'm just feeling a little sorry for myself.  I'm really ready to be done with bedrest.  I don't like having my daughter 100 miles away.  I don't like missing church and church activities.  I don't like missing football parties.  I don't like being isolated from friends.  I just don't like this.  I'm finished.  11 Weeks is a really long time to be stuck in a bed, especially when you've probably got another seven or eight to go.  (I'm still going to try to whittle Dr. Harrison down.  Maybe I can get her to take Burke out when I'm 34 weeks.  That's only 4.5 weeks from now.)

Anyway, I just haven't been blogging, because I don't have much to blog about.  On the bright side, new episodes of some of my favorite shows will be starting soon!!  Yay for "The Office", "House, M.D.", and "Ellen."  Maybe that will get me through the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for the prayers.  They are much appreciated.

If you've got a spare moment, please pray for Ruby's friend, Parker.  She hasn't been feeling well for more than two weeks, and her mommy isn't sure what's wrong.  It's a scary time, but the same God who is protecting Burke is watching over Miss ParPar.  Nothing is too big, and nothing is out of His sight.  Pray that this would be a very minor and simple sickness and that Parker will be back to 100% very soon.  Thank you.

you can do it!

I know you don't want to hear this, but that baby needs to stay in there longer, girl! Remember that this is just a season and one day it will all be over and it will be worth it to have that healthy boy around with less complications than if he were to come now. I know you know this and I know you know how many people are praying for you. You are most certainly entitled to feel sorry for yourself, too. This is a challenge, like any other in life -- God has kept Burke in there this long, which was un-imaginable to you a few weeks ago. He has a plan!
