That sucked!! The only possible thing that could make me feel better about today would be to find out that Tom Brady will be out for the remainder of the season. Grrr....
Stinkin' Colts... You couldn't pull out a win in the season opener for me????

They interviewed Matt Forte after the game. He freakin' demolished us on his debut night...he rushed for more than 100 yards... What the heck???
Anyway, Mike and I were all ready to hate him. Then, Andrea Kremer asked him, "How did you do it?"
And he answered, "Well, first I have to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."
I immediately said, "Fine. I hate you a little less now."
Mike immediately said, "Now, why'd you have to go and say that??"
LOL!! It made us both laugh. We also learned that it was a Purdue grad who took out Brady's knee...that's right...Go Boilers!

At least it's finally football season!!! That gives you something new to watch! This would be a great year for you to build a fantasy team.
Hang in there - even the patient-est of patient saintly people would get sick of this after 11 weeks!!!!

Did you notice how after that Andrea lady asked him that and he responded about Christ (which earned MAJOR points with me) she was finished talking to him? That was something my DH pointed out. I think Tom Brady is done for the year. **fingers crossed**
