Okay, so our Chip In widget doesn't update as gracefully as I would like.  For instance, at this moment, on Mike's work computer, it says that the total donated is $80.  On my computer, at this moment, it says that the total donated is $130.

But do you wanna know something really awesome, really cool, and really inspiring?

You read that correctly.  We are almost half-way to the goal!  And the goal is really only 1/4 of the lowest possible total cost of the adoption.  Do you guys think we could spread the word and raise a full 50% of the cost of the adoption?

Like I mentioned the other day, if each one of our daily readers would donate $10, then we would surpass the $3,000 goal.  So...if each one of you guys would donate $10 *and* spread the word on your blog or to your family or to a friend who has a special place in their heart for adoption and ask them to donate $10, then we could easily make the $6,000 mark.

It's just $10.  $10, and two (please, God, two!) beautiful little children can come home to their Daddy and Mommy who so desperately want to hold them.

I know we can do this!  Don't you want to be part of something so cool?
