I got behind on our photo galleries, and I apologize to those of you who have been hounding me. (Ahem.) They are now fully up to date (with the exception of two pictures taken yesterday.) If you want to see all of them, you can head over to our Photos Page and check out the new albums in the March and April folders. Otherwise, here are some of my favorites!
Waaaay back in March, we got to celebrate Ruby's birthday with some of our playdate friends. All three of the kids were born within two months of each other, and we decided to celebrate with Mickey and Co. :) It was incredibly fun, and I got a few pictures of the party.
Even Burke got in on the Mouse Ear Action. :)
Here are some random pictures of my littles during the month of March:
We kicked off April with the Easter Holiday. This was definitely the first time Ruby understood some of the festivities, and it was really enjoyable to watch her with her family. We didn't really get into the details of the holiday, because I'm not ready to broach the subject of death with her just yet. We did, however, explain that Easter is a celebration for Jesus. She loved hunting eggs (that were usually empty), and she has really enjoyed her Easter present, a Mrs. Potato Head. :)
I'm ashamed to admit that we didn't get a picture of our two kids together for a picture on their first Easter Sunday together. We did get some pictures of Ruby and Burke with their friends, though!
Just because it was Easter Sunday didn't mean Roo abstained from her favorite Sunday morning practice: sitting at Daddy's feet during Worship Band practice. :)
April was a big month for the little man. He turned six months old, rolled over both ways for the first time, and started solids. :) Then, at the very beginning of May, he sprouted his first tooth. (on May 2nd.) No pics of the tooth at this time, but I've got plenty of pictures of his first cereal experience. :)
"Let's get this party started, Mom."
"Alright, Ruby, how do you do this thing?"
"I'm not so sure about this."
"I'm REALLY not so sure about this..."
"Oh! I was wrong! This is goood!!" :)
The following picture is totally random, but I thought it was adorable. I went through a bit of a scarf-wearing period at the beginning of April, and Ruby decided she should wear a scarf, as well. I thought she looked like a yoga instructor. What do you think?
Those are some of my favorites from the past two months. I'm getting ready to do a separate post with a few more favorites of Burke. Make sure you check it out. :)

Love them.
Ruby looks SO old with each arm around the babies, wow. The Burke eating solids pics are great. And I love that lost pose of Ruby...the combination of the way she's positioned, the outfit AND the scarf--she looks kind of New Age or like an artist :-) She needs a paintbrush in her hand, ha.
