I'm taking a bit of a blog break for the month of August. However, I couldn't help but pass along this opportunity:
Today, K-Love is hosting a fund drive for Compassion's Water of Life program. The country their supporting? Rwanda. Where two of our Compassion Kiddos live. I would *love* to see this program fully funded and to know that Pracidia's family, Claudine's family, and their friends have access to safe, clean drinking water.
One filter costs $55, and it will provide clean water for a family's lifetime.
$55 for a *lifetime* of clean water.
I don't know about you, but that's about a month and a half's worth of our normal water bill.
