one year and a birthday

This weekend marked two milestones:

On Saturday we passed the one year mark of when we started our blog. It’s gone through a lot of changes in appearance and even location over the year, but I think it’s been an effective tool for keeping our families and friends up to date with our lives. It’s also been a great way for Mike to learn more about web design and development. We totalled somewhere near 130 posts this year, which isn’t too bad…about 2-3 posts per week. I hope that as our second year with this blog progresses we’ll have a little more interesting content. Of course with having a chlid on the way it’s a little upredictable how much we’ll be doing on the blog.

Also, on Sunday Mike’s mother, Diana, celebrated her birthday. Happy birthday Mom! We love you very much and can’t wait to see how great of grandparents you and Dad will be. See you soon.

P.S. - Marc, I got your message and I hope to call you tonight. We were overloaded yesterday with stuff to do.
