Today we got to see our baby in 2d, 3d and 4d. They even gave us a DVD with this video on it. There's no sound and it's pretty long, but I figured that a few of you might be interested in it. Lindsay swears that she can see some boy parts ( :  At about the 5:30 mark is where the 3-d part begins.  It's pretty cool.

WOW!

I didn't watch the whole thing (yet) but it is so cool to see US for me. I had a 30 week patient last night who had a full bedside US and it was awesome (and they had the sex confirmed-very obvious)...and anyway, I think I am a closet US tech wanna be. But I'd only want to do babies and not gallbladders and crud like that. Ok, TMI. Anyway, I'm wondering (even though I thought I clearly saw the sex) if 12 weeks and 2 days (I think I made that out) is too early to tell??? I've heard 13 weeks before and I've heard all early babies look the same for a while. Oh, you guys want all secrets and surprises anyway-right? Good for you-I wish I had that in me-I love to know all right done to time of birth and birth weight-no surprises for me;-) Thanks for sharing-I can't wait to see the 3/d 4/d parts as I've NEVER seen one;-)

Seriously, I know what you mean!  I always know what's on the screen even before the tech tells me.  That's why I thought I saw boy parts.  There is definitely *something* between the legs.  However, at 12w and a couple of days, I think all of the babies look the same.  Even the girl parts bulge out a little bit.  Plus, it could have been the umbilical cord or a hand or something else.  Soo....it's still a secret and surprise for us!  :)  We really, really, really loved that moment when they brought Ruby out and there was TOTAL anticipation of pulling her legs apart.  :)  I can't wait to experience that again.  :)  So worth the wait.  :)  I think it's definitely harder this time, because Ruby will be sharing a room with this baby, so I wish I knew whether I needed a neutral room or whether I could go all out with pinks!!  :)  Oh well!  I know that it's going to be great, either way!  Wahoo!  :)

That was so awesome to watch. Thank you guys for sharing that! I am so excited for you guys. And Lindsay, if it ends up being a girl and you want to go all out with pink for the room that Ruby will be sharing, I will be more than happy to help you!!
