The Kick-Off!

Alright, Losers!

The day has come.  It's time to check-in with your starting weight.  If you are 100% averse to putting your actual weight on the website, I understand.  However, I want to strongly encourage you to put your actual weight here.  If you feel ashamed, that's okay...it's even good.  If our weight is something to be embarrassed about, then the embarrassment is excellent motivation. 

I'm going to try to be a good example and list my weight.  I am not proud of it by any means, but I know it's only temporary.

In order to officially join the Losers (and subsequently receive the meal plans), you must comment on this blog post by Tuesday night at midnight.  I'll be sending out the meal plans on Wed. morning.

Starting Weight (optional, but highly encouraged!):
Are you a current, paying member of Weight Watchers?
Tell us something about yourself that reveals some of your character.  (Something more than your marital and/or parental status.)

Please make sure that every Loser in your household completes a separate comment.  Also make sure that you have used the "Contact" link above to send me your e-mail address.  (This is how I will send out the meal plans.)  If you have not received an e-mail from me (confirming that you are on the list), then I am still waiting on a contact from you (even if you've left a comment on the blog.)

I think that's about it.  I am so excited to be doing this with you all!!!
