Losers - Basic Roasted Potatoes
- 6 medium red potatoes, quartered
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place quartered potatoes in a single layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Cook the potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until soft.
This recipe makes 4 servings. One serving is 1.5 potatoes, or six quarters, and contains roughly 150 calories.
