Losers - Chicken Cheddar Pizza

  • 1 box Jiffy Pizza Crust mix
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 c. fat-free ranch dressing
  • 1 c. fat-free mozzarella
  • 1 c. fat-free cheddar
  • 1 c. tomatoes, diced

Prepare the pizza crust according to the directions on the package.

Use the ranch dressing as the sauce for the pizza, spreading across the crust.  Then, layer toppings however you prefer.  Bake the pizza at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

This recipe makes a medium sized pizza.  If you cut it into eight pieces, then one serving would be two pieces.  Each serving has approximately 350 calories.  If you wanted to cut calories, you could use tomato sauce seasoned with a ranch packet instead of ranch dressing.  You could also use less cheese.
