Losers - Chili-Rubbed Tilapia

- 1 lb. raw tilapia
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 T. extra virgin olive oil
Combine chili powder, garlic powder, and salt on a plate.
Dredge tilapia in spices to coat both sides.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook until it flakes when pierced with a fork.
This recipe makes 4 servings. Each serving has about 200 calories. Enjoy!
