Losers - Fajita Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1/2 c. unpacked brown sugar
  • 1 t. garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients except chicken breasts.  This is the marinade.

Marinate breasts (in refrigerator) for at least six hours.  Grill chicken (or bake in 350 degree oven or cook in slow cooker for 4-6 hours.)

For fajitas, shred chicken and serve.  For marinated chicken breasts, simply serve warm.

This recipe makes 8 servings.  Each serving has approximately 200 calories.  Enjoy!
