Losers - Grilled Honey Balsamic Chicken

  • 2 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 4 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 4 T. honey
  • 1 t. garlic salt
  • 1/2 t. black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pound chicken breasts down to uniform thickness and cut in half.  Place in 9x13 baking dish.

Mix 1 Tbsp. of balsamic vinegar with olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper.

Coat chicken on both sides with the mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes. at 350 degrees.

In small saucepan, mix remaining vinegar and honey.  Heat over medium heat and reduce down.

At the 20 minute mark, remove chicken from oven and coat on both sides with the honey vinegar mixture.

Return to  oven for 15 minutes.

This recipe makes four servings.  One serving is half a chicken breast, and it contains about 250 calories.
