Losers - Hearty Chicken Casserole

  • 1 can fat-free cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan
  • 1 c. frozen vegetables
  • 2 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 c. egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 c. fat-free shredded cheddar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and cook for 25 minutes.

This recipe makes six servings, and each serving is roughly 200 calories.  I'm really excited to try this one!  It seems really easy and potentially very yummy!
