Losers - Honey-Mustard Glazed Porkchops

  • 1 lb. boneless pork chops (should be about four chops, 1/2" thick)
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. orange juice
  • 1 t. dried tarragon
  • 1 t. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 t. onion powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except pork in small bowl.

Dredge the porkchops through the honey-mustard mixture to cover both sides.

Arrange chops in 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes.  Then brush with additional honey-mustard mixture to glaze the chops and bake another 5-10 minutes.

This recipe makes four servings.  Each serving is about 300 calories.  Enjoy!
