Losers - Meatloaf


  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 slices reduced calorie bread
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper
  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • small onion, diced


  • 1/2 c. unpacked brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 tsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all the ingredients for the loaf.  Mix incredibly well.  Shape the mixture into the form of a loaf.  Place in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Mix the sauce ingredients.

Remove the loaf from the oven and drain the fat.  Coat the loaf with the sauce and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

The loaf should make 8 slices.  Each slice (serving) is about 300 calories.  Enjoy!
