Losers - Nacho Salads

  • 1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
  • taco seasoning packet
  • lettuce
  • 1 c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • tomatoes
  • 24 low-fat baked tortilla chips, crunched up

Brown beef and add seasoning according to the directions on the packet.  (Remember you're only using 1/2 lb. beef.)

Arrange salads in layers: lettuce, beef, cheese, tomatoes, tortilla chips.

Low-fat dressing optional.

This recipe should make four salads.  Each salad will have roughly 200 calories not including any low-fat dressing.
