Losers - Pasta Primavera

  • 1/2 lb. short pasta (rotini, bow tie, penne, etc...)
  • 2 T. fat free Italian Dressing
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. broccoli florets (frozen or fresh), chopped
  • 1 c. fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. light parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to the directions.

While that's cooking, pour the Italian dressing in a pan and saute the vegetables.  Once the veggies are cooked, add the chicken broth and cream cheese.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely melted.  Then add the parmesan cheese and mix.

Pour the veggie/cheese sauce over the pasta and enjoy!

This recipe makes four servings.  Each serving is about 250 calories.  Enjoy!!
