Losers - Pork Chops Oreganata

  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 t. lemon rind
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. chopped oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. pork chops (4 chops)
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. black pepper

Combine the first five ingredients, and use them as a marinade for the chops.  Let the chops marinate for 30 minutes or more (in the fridge).

Sprinkle each side of the chops with salt and pepper, then broil the chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side.

This recipe makes four servings, and each serving is about 200 calories.  Enjoy!
